May be the pictures of the area are so good that you are able to see that the coastline are nearly flat. It's therefore a nice area to take some walks. If you have a bicycle it is also nice to take a ride all around the fjord. That is a nice trip.
If you want to go in the mountains there are steep rises, but after a hard going you have an exelent view over the area.
